Threading
1-day course: Ancient art of Ayurvedic hair removal with extremely clean and neat results. It is a great alternative to waxing. The thread is twisted and pulled along the area of unwanted hair. Jane Sheehan Foot Reading Workshop
This fantastic new 2 day course at IBHT is run by Jane Sheehan, author and well-known reflexologist. Simply by analysing the shapes of feet and toes, we can tell an awful lot about a person.
