Information
Ayurveda is the traditional medicine system of India where they believe that everything in the universe is made up of universal energy or ‘prana’. When this energy is in balance it contributes to good health. When it is out of balance it can lead to ill-health. Indian women traditionally practise Indian head massage for all its health benefits, and this skill is handed down from generation to generation.
Learning this wonderfully relaxing massage of the head, scalp, neck, shoulder & face will provide you with the skills to help people manage the pressures of modern-day living and promote health & well-being. You will also learn about the seven chakras, ayurvedic oils that can be used for massage and stress management.
