Information

Aromatherapy has gained popularity in recent years with people wanting to combat the stresses and strains of modern day life. Aromatic essential oils are used in holistic treatments to improve physical and emotional health and well-being and to restore balance to the body. You will learn how to blend these oils in order to make your own massage blends, face and body creams, soaps, shower gels and bath lotions.

Aromatherapy is defined as the systematic use of essential oils in holistic treatments to help improve physical and emotional well-being. Aromatherapy is a truly holistic therapy in that it aims to treat the whole person by taking account, not only their personal state but also their emotions and physical self.
